Presentations and participation submissions will be handled electronically via the Application Form.

In your application, please submit a PDF document that includes the following information:

• Name and short description of your research group (up to 1 page)
• Short description of group’s research focus, complemented by a list of selected publications, or executed projects

Each research group will present their work as

• a five-minute lightning talk during the presentation session and
• a poster during the poster presentation session.

We plan to publish lightning talk slides and posters online on this website. The application PDF will not be published.

Important Dates

• June 7 (extended): Submit the name and short description of your research group
• July 5, 2024 (extended): Submission of group’s slides & poster
• July 23, 15:30-19:15: ASAI Networking Event
